Properties of bacterial cellulose developed from genetically stable FM833 bacterial strain for 30 generations via Kombucha tea

Abstract: The quality control of the bacterial cellulose (BC) production has been facing challenges due to the genetic stability of bacterial strains, which is often overlooked or underestimated.
