Properties and Mechanisms of Action of Non-Replicative Viral Vectors, Inactivated Viruses, Rna and Dna Vaccines

Abstract: In the last 40 years new vaccine technologies have arisen, promising easy and quick formulation and design. In the scenario of a rapidly-spreading infectious pathogen, these technologies may render an adequate strategy to counter the pandemic. As such, me review the engineering and mechanisms of action of the main anti-COVID-19 vaccines.
