Micromeria fruticulosa regenerates naturally by seed and 80and 63% germination at 24 and 20 °C, respectively, has been reported under laboratory conditions (Iapichino et al, 2006a).Vegetative propagation by cutting could be an alternative and effective method for rapid mass propagation of selected clones of M. fruticulosa and would also preserve wild plants from irresponsible cutting collection.
