“…On half-and quarter-strength WPM, shoot elongation was significantly reduced compared to the MS medium in Harpagophytum procumbens. Conversely, Fadel et al [48] observed the maximum shoot length on half-strength MS medium in Mentha spicata L.. Our results did not coincide with those of Loureiro et al [60], who observed that Juniperus phoenicea L. explants growing in DKW exhibited significantly better results compared to those growing in WPM or MS.
