Propagation Modeling of Rainfall-Induced Landslides: A Case Study of the Shaziba Landslide in Enshi, China

Abstract: Geological disasters, especially landslides, frequently occur in Enshi County, Hubei Province, China. On 21 July 2020, a large-scale landslide occurred in Enshi due to continuous rainfall. The landslide mass blocked the Qingjiang River, formed a dammed lake and caused great damage to surrounding roads and village buildings.
