“…The S 2p XPS spectra ( Figure S19, Supporting Information) of the polysulfide-treated CuNWs-GN/PI/LLZO separator reveals the existence of the oxidation product (Li x SO y ) of polysulfides and copper sulfides, respectively. [20,23] These results clearly demonstrate the strong chemical reaction between metallic copper NWs and polysulfides and highly active copper sulfides are possibly generated on the highly conductive graphene nanosheets, which are expected to be beneficial for the transformation of sulfur to Li 2 S and MgS due to the balanced ion/ electron conductivity.
