These days conflict resolution and negotiation seem to be tough and challenging tasks for managerial-level employees. Conflict with various stakeholders in the banking industry can be considered a major aspect. The study employs a descriptive data analysis procedure that covers a sample of 267 managerial-level staff. The purpose of this study is to identify the managerial awareness level of negotiation and conflict resolution in Nepalese banking sectors. The results of the study illustrated that managerial levels at commercial banks in Kathmandu Valley have high (86.14%) negotiation skills. Also, 67.16% of managers in the banking sector focus on maintaining a good relationship with another party while trying to resolve conflict through negotiation. Managerial employees even agreed that they faced challenges in the process of negotiation and conflict resolution. One of the major challenges is the lack of timing among the employees at commercial banks, due to which proper negotiation rarely takes place.

This research aims to understand the status of commercial banks' readiness for adoption of Marketing 4.0. Exploratory research design was adopted to gain a better understanding of practical aspects of the issue of marketing 4.0. In-depth interview was conducted among 27 respondents of commercial banks in Nepal for detailed information to analyze status of Marketing 4.0. This study shows that commercial banks are aware regarding the concept of marketing 4.0. However, only Global IME Bank Limited and NMB Bank Limited have actually adopted the practice of Marketing 4.0. As the study shows the awareness regarding Marketing 4.0, it indicates that Marketing 4.0 has the potential to go from theory to practice and implementation in banking sector.

This chapter aims to assess the role of gender diversity on banking performance in Kathmandu Valley. The study adopted descriptive approach. Respondents were sampled from employees of a commercial banks in Kathmandu Valley. Simple random sampling techniques was used to select 300 employees. The questionnaire was used for data collection. Descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, pre-estimation, post-estimation techniques within binary logistic model were used for data analysis. The study found that gender diversity has positive significant influence on enhancing banking performance. Gender diverse teams could help organization enhance creativity in its practice and increase its performance level. This study concluded that gender diversity has been one of the important issues in the world, and enhancing it could result higher productivity and higher performance of an organization. Hence, the chapter recommends that there should be inclusive climate in the workplace and policies supporting work-life balance should be forwarded.
