Abstract:Die prolongierte ulzerierende Laryngitis (= idiopathische ulzerierende Laryngitis (IUL)) ist eine spezifisch entzündliche Kehlkopferkrankung, die durch Husten, anhaltende Heiserkeit und bilaterale ulzerierende Veränderungen im mittleren Stimmlippenbereich gekennzeichnet ist. Der typische Heilungsverlauf dieser seltenen Stimmlippenentzündung zieht sich oft über Monate hin.
