Abstract:Pelvic actinomycosis constitutes one of the curiosities of gynecology. In this present investigation the presence of actinomycetes infection among Intrauterine device (IUD) users and its correlation correlated with the development of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) and ovarian carcinoma was studied.
