Abstract: ZusammenfassungProjekt- und Teamarbeit sind in der betrieblichen Praxis etabliert und bestimmen die Arbeits- und Belastungssituation vieler Beschäftigter. Als Formen kooperativer und flexibler Arbeitsorganisation besitzen sie durchaus Potenziale, die Herausforderungen dynamischer und komplexer Arbeitswelten zu bewältigen.
