Progressing adaptation of SARS-CoV-2 to humans

Abstract: The second and subsequent waves of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have caused problems worldwide 1. Here, using an objective analytical method 2, we present the changes that occurred in the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the causative virus of COVID-19, over time.
