Progress and perspectives of cellular pyroptosis in digestive tract tumors

Abstract: Cellular pyroptosis, a novel mode of cell death in recent years, is triggered by cysteine asparaginase. Distinguished from traditional apoptosis and necrosis, this mode of cell death is characterized by the activation of inflammatory vesicles and the release of inflammatory factors.
