Prognostic Significance of Ribosome-related Genes Signature in Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Abstract: Background:The diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a heterogeneous lymphoma with a dismal outcome, due to approximately 40% patients will be relapsed or refractory to the standard therapy of rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone (R-CHOP). Therefore, we need urgently to explore the approach to classify the risk of DLBCL patients accurately and accurately targeting therapy. The ribosome is a vital cellular organelle that is mainly responsible for translation mRNA into prot… Show more

“…The tumor microenvironment (TME) may play a role in DLBCL pathogenesis, and the overexpression of MMP9 in microenvironment cells may lead to favorable or unfavorable outcomes [ 38 ]. NLE1 is predicted to participate in the Notch signaling pathway and ribosome large subunit assembly, making it a potential target for treating DLBCL patients [ 39 ]. PDK1 induces the phosphorylation of PLK1, and then PLK1 directly induces the accumulation of c-Myc protein in a PDK1-dependent manner.…”
