Prognostic Factors in Gastric Carcinoma with Peritoneal Dissemination

Abstract: The results highlight the improved survivorship of gastric carcinoma patients with peritoneal dissemination who had resection and received intravenous chemotherapy, compared with those who did not. Although curative resection cannot be performed in this group of patients, we recommend performing resection and subsequent intravenous chemotherapy.
