A B S T R A C TAs a result of the climate in which it is produced, as well as its recognizable taste and quality, the Šar cheese is a high demand product on the market of Kosovo and Metohija. The authors will, based on the research presented in this paper, give an overview of the production and the main carriers of the Šar cheese production. It will also present how Šar cheese production may be used in helping people survive in Sirinićka Župa. This paper would also, through direct surveys, observe perceptions and attitudes of the inhabitants of this region and provide practical guidelines on the production of the Šar cheese as development potential of the municipality of Štrpce, and recommend further agricultural reforms and tourist capacities of this region.

This study aims to determine how the "Effect of return on assets and return on equity to the stock price on PT.Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk". This study uses descriptive-quantitative analysis using classical assumption test. Collecting data using secondary data in the financial statements. The statistical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, determination, t test and f. Results of reseach variation return on Asset at PT Indocement Tbk. able to explain the variation on stock prices, while ROA increases, stock prices also tend to rise, Variation Return On Equity in PT Indocement Tbk. Vaariasi able to explain the stock price , which when ROE increases, the resulting share price decline. Variations ROA and ROE are jointly able to explain the variation on share prices.

In Serbia small family households dominate in milk production, while large-scale capacity dairies dominate in milk processing. There are over 200 dairy processing plants, and currently they manufacture about 80% of all dairy products. In this race small-scale dairies are lagging behind. The aim of this paper is to investigate economic characteristics of processing milk into sour cream in smallscale dairy processors in Serbia. The research showed that the cost price of sour cream with a minimum of 20% milk fat is 68.96 RSD/kg. The largest share in total costs has costs of raw material accout for 44.11% and labor costs for 38.79%, while the remaining costs are packaging, transport and other overheads. In order for small-scale capacity dairies to compete with larger-scale capacity dairies, both in product quality and price, it is necessary to continuously monitor and minimize production costs.
