Professional Self-efficacy and Job Satisfaction: The Mediator Role of Work Design

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of work design characteristics (task, knowledge, social, and contextual characteristics) in the relationship between professional self-efficacy and job satisfaction.
