“…In this study, burnout and organizational commitment in the subcategories of career adaptability resulted in higher scores and such results were similar to the outcome of the study conducted by Han et al [27] that reported organizational commitment and burnout as the most important factors affecting the turnover of new nurses. In addition, job performance had the lowest scores in the subcategories of career adaptability, and it was similar to the results of the study conducted by Kwak and Kwon [15]. These were in line with the results reported in the study of Ji and Kim [23] that the most important factor affecting the turnover of new nurses with less than seven months of work experience was functional nursing competence; however, for new nurses with more than seven months of career duration, the most important factor was organizational commitment.…”
