PRODUKSI ARUS ION DARI HEAD SUMBER ION EKSPERIMEN UNTUK SIKLOTRON 13 MeV

Abstract: PRODUKSI ARUS ION DARI HEAD SUMBER ION EKSPERIMEN UNTUK SIKLOTRON 13 MeV. Untuk membuat desain detil sumber ion yang dapat dibuktikan unjuk kerjanya, telah dilakukan pembuatan head sumber ion eksperimen. Diawali dengan pembuatan model head dengan anoda berongga lurus kemudian dihitung produksi ion H- maksimum. Selanjutnya dibuat head eksperimen dan diukur kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan arus ion H-.
