The relevance of the conducted research is conditioned by the increase in demand for oilseeds with improved and environmentally friendly qualities, namely, the replacement of a dangerous solvent in the extraction process of processing oilseeds. In this regard, this paper is aimed at investigating the use of an organic solvent, such as ethanol, in extraction technology that is safer for human health. The leading approach to studying this problem is Soxhlet extraction and microwave extraction using hexane and ethanol solvents. The fatty acid composition of the resulting product was analysed by gas chromatography. In the proposed microwave method of oil extraction with a "green" solvent, which is ethyl alcohol, physical and chemical parameters were studied and compared with those obtained by the Soxhlet method.The efficiency of microwave processing is related to the heating process, which significantly increases the internal pressure of cells, which causes their destruction. A barodiffusion flow is created, which contributes to a significant increase in the yield of the extraction oil concentration by 1.4-1.8 times over the same time period and a decrease in the extraction process time by almost 3 times. HIS STUDY conducted a crossbreeding experiment involving Gabali bucks (GB) and New Zealand White (NZW) rabbits to assess the impact of crossbreeding on post-weaning body weights at 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks of age. Additionally, daily gain in weight (DG) was computed at intervals of 4-6, 6-8, 8-10, and 10-12 weeks. The crossbreeding genetic parameters (direct additive, maternal effects, and direct heterotic effect) of different traits were estimated. Significant differences (P≤0.001) between genetic groups were observed for all BW and DG4-6. The estimates of direct additive genetic reveal that GB rabbits are significantly superior (p<0.01) to NZW rabbits in postweaning growth body weight (BW6, BW8, BW10) traits at most ages and DG 4-6 , with an increase in BW representing a percentage ranging from 8 to 16.8%, and for DG ranging from 3.2 to 28.1%. The estimates of maternal effect (G M ) reveal that the GB breed had a preference significant G M (p<0.01) compared with the NZW breed at BW6(78.62g) and DG4-6(4.28 g/d), with an increase represented percentages of 9.9 and 19.54% for BW6 and DG4-6, respectively. The NZW breed had a preference G M (p<0.01) for DG traits in the last three intervals (DG6-8, DG8-10, and DG10-12), with percentages ranging from 8.2 to 17.6%. The analysis revealed positive and significant (P≤0. 001) effects of direct heterosis, ranging from 13.2 to 28.5% for BW traits and ranging from 6.2 to 27.9% for DG traits. Crossbreeding GB and NZW rabbits can improve post-weaning growth and contribute to creating high-growth lines for smallholder breeders.

According to the results of the study of indicators of the productivity of rabbits of different breeds when using industrial crossbreeding, which was carried out based on the experimental rabbit farm of the Cherkassy research station of bioresources of the National Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Chinchilla breed of female rabbits and gray males, it was established that under the conditions of intensive rabbit production, the re-productive qualities of Soviet chinchilla female rabbits the combination with males of the gray giant, New Zealand white breeds increases by 10-15%. Also, the use of Soviet chin-chilla female rabbits in industrial crossbreeding, and gray giant and New Zealand white males as parental males, allows for increasing the maternal indicators of female rabbits, fattening, and meat productivity indicators of the obtained young rabbits. The best indica-tors of fattening and meat productivity in young animals were established during inter-breeding of rabbits of the studied groups with a probable superiority over animals of pure-bred breeding - fattening indicators: live weight at 90 days of age by 4.0; 3.8% (p<0.05); average daily increases of 4.7-5.4% (р<0.05...0.01); waist width by 5.6-8.7% (р<0.01).
