Production strategies of a dairy industry in Uruguay

Abstract: Purpose: This article aims to analyze the production strategy of an industrial unit in the dairy sector, located in Uruguay. Methodology/Approach: Qualitative research is employed, using the single case study method. Data collection was performed based on document analysis and semi-structured interviews.
