Production, purification and immobilization of inulinases from Aspergillius species

Abstract: Inulinases are enzymes catalysing hydrolysis of polyfructosans to produce fructose or fructooligosaccharides; these properties have attracted interest of many researchers towards exploring various plant sources (agro food waste) as substrates.
