У поданій роботі розглянуто особливості ректифікаційної та адсорбційно-ректифікаційної технологій отримання криптону та ксенону. У процесі отримання інертних газів високої чистоти разом із Kr і Xe відбувається збагачення близьких до них за властивостями компонентів повітря. Досліджено способи очищення проміжних продуктів та чистих інертних газів від мікродомішок. Особливу увагу приділено очищенню криптону та ксенону від перфторидів.
