Production of Cordyceps militaris metabolites in infected wax moth Galleria mellonella L. larvae

Abstract: Резюме. Впервые показана динамика накопления токсинов Cordyceps militaris в личинках вощинной огнёвки Galleria mellonella после инъекций бластоспор гриба в гемоцель насекомых. На 3-4 сутки развития микоза (т.е. за 1-2 сутки до гибели) концентрация кордицепина составляла в среднем 244 ± 41 нг/на 100 мг сухой массы гусениц. У личинок, парализованных ядом паразитоида Habrobracon hebetor, накопление кордицепина шло с запаздыванием на одни сутки.
