Production of biopharmaceuticals in transgenic plant cell suspension cultures

Abstract: Transgenic plant cell cultures for the production of biopharmaceuticals including monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins have been regarded as an alternative platform in addition to traditional microbial fermentation and mammalian cell cultures.
