Production Casing - Designed for Drilling or Production?

Abstract: TX 75083-3836, U.S.A., fax 01-972-952-9435. AbstractThe production casing needs to have the ability to readily contain any produced fluids in the event of a failure of the primary production conduit (downhole equipment, tubing, and wellhead/tree interface). As implied by its title "production", this casing string needs to also incorporate the effects of all transient and steady state production loads.
