Production and Trade of Cambira Fish in Brazil

Abstract: Fish is considered a relevant food since its inception, especially because it has high nutritional value, being rich in proteins and several nutrients such as calcium, potassium, selenium, iron, iodine, vitamins A, D and B complex, besides having considerable amount of omega-3.
