“…The offshore wind power installation platform is a necessary piece of equipment for the installation of offshore wind turbines, and the suitability of the platform directly affects the construction efficiency of offshore wind farms, as some existing wind power installation platforms cannot adapt to deep-water operation [ 1 , 2 ].
