Supply chain presents a very complex field involving a large number of participants. The aim of the complete supply chain is finding an optimum from the aspect of all participants, which is a rather complex task. In order to ensure optimum satisfaction for all participants, it is necessary that the beginning phase consists of correct evaluations and supplier selection. In this study, the supplier selection was performed in the construction company, on the basis of a new approach in the field of multi-criteria model. Weight coefficients were obtained by DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method, based on the rough numbers. Evaluation and the supplier selection were made on the basis of a new Rough EDAS (Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution) method, which presents one of the latest methods in this field. In order to determine the stability of the model and the applicability of the proposed Rough EDAS method, an extension of the COPRAS and MULTIMOORA method by rough numbers was also performed in this study, and the findings of the comparative analysis were presented. Besides the new approaches based on the extension by rough numbers, the results are also compared with the Rough MABAC (MultiAttributive Border Approximation area Comparison) and Rough MAIRCA (MultiAttributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis). In addition, in the sensitivity analysis, 18 different scenarios were formed, the ones in which criteria change their original values. At the end of the sensitivity analysis, SCC (Spearman Correlation Coefficient) of the obtained ranges was carried out, confirming the applicability of the proposed approaches.

In order toinvestigate the evaluation problem of product design schemes,tihs paper proposes a fuzzy MADM method based on the Analytic hierarchy process and dual hesitant fuzzy sets. Firstly, we classify all the people related to the priduct underconsidered into five types, i.e., product designer (including product modeling designer, the principleand structure design engineer), manufacturing, sales, use groups as well as the executivesdepartments based on the data collected from the internet with the use of digital technology. Then, a comprehensiveevaluation indexsystem including eight criteria is formulatedbased on these types of people, so that each group can make the accurate (or more accurate) evaluation for productdesign schemes within their cognitive scope.The classcial AHP method is ultilized so as todetermine the weights of the criteria. Next,two aggregation operators for dual hesitant fuzzy sets are adopted to combine the dual hesitant fuzzy assessments in the MADM method proposed in this paper. Finally, we apply the proposed method to solve anumerical example to demonstrate its validity and effectiveness.

Abstract----It is critical for an enterprise to make quick, effective, and reasonable decisions when evaluating and screening out a large number of product styling design schemes for handheld transceivers. This study is based on the fundamental contents and program of product styling designs. Embodied individual properties of handheld transceiver products and styling design experiences were integrated into the investigation. Via detailed questionnaire investigations and data analyses, the contents of evaluating handheld transceiver product design schemes can be verified and confirmed. This approach follows both fundamental quantitative and qualitative principles including comprehensiveness, systematicness, and flexibility. An evaluation model for the product styling of handheld transceivers has been built along and subjective factors, neutral factors, and objective factors serve as the factors of the first-level indicators. The analytic hierarchy process was used to build the hierarchical structure of the evaluation system. The judgment matrix of each level in the hierarchy was constructed by the pairwise comparison of importance. The sum-product method was utilized to calculate the weight vectors in order to form the ranking of levels in the hierarchy. The weight index of each level of the hierarchy in the evaluation system can also be obtained. The final step is to implement the examination and verification of this design evaluation system on the product styling designs for handheld transceivers.
