Product Complaint System

Abstract

The "Product Complaint System" is a web-based application developed using ASP.NET, which provides a platform for register and track their complaints about a product. The goal of this project is to improve the complaint management process for companies and to provide a convenient and easy-to-use system. The system includes features such as complaint registration, complaint assign, complaint view and action, and reporting. They can then register their complaints by providing details such as product name, model number, and description of the issue. The reporting feature generates reports on the number of complaints received, status of complaints, resolution provided and take appropriate measures to improve their products and services. The system will have a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily submit complaints. It will also allow users to track the progress of their complaints and receive notifications when their complaint is resolved. The system is secured with authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure that only authorized users have access to sensitive information.
