Many issues related to the use of land resources have been considered in the context of the possible application of modern information systems to improve the efficiency of agricultural management and ensure food security. The article aims at facilitating the introduction of information systems into the management of land resources in the Republic of Kazakhstan and improving the efficiency of managing its agricultural territories. Based on the analysis of documents and the results of an expert survey, the authors determine the implementation of land management information systems, its main stages and reasons for failures which require solutions through joint efforts of both the state and business. It is concluded that the information support for land management gives a comprehensive idea about the organization of land resources in a particular area, streamlines agricultural land and crop rotations, and helps make informed decisions in the process of land management, provides an opportunity for each participant in the agricultural market of Kazakhstan to quickly obtain accurate, reliable and sufficient information at minimum cost. The obtained results will to understand Kazakhstan's experience in the field of land resource management and apply it to the development of national management information systems.

It was observed that the biometric indicators of spring wheat varieties were significantly affected by irrigation rates and periods, and it was determined that the biometric indicators changed accordingly. With the increase in the number of irrigations, it became impossible to increase the productivity. In the options of wet tillering (FON), FON+2 irrigation, Fon+3 and Fon+4 irrigation, the mass of grain in one ear is from 1.26 to 1.56 g in Semurg variety, from 1.05 to 1.35 g in South Gavhari variety, respectively. up to 1.29 g to 1.67 g in the Saratov variety. The weight of 1000 grains also varies according to irrigation options, from 40.0 g to 42.0 g in the Semurg variety, from 32.5 to 35.4 g in the Janub gavhari variety, from 39.4 to 41.5 g in the Saratov variety. formed The yield was higher in the FON+3 irrigation option compared to other options. In this case, it was 44.0 t/ha in the Semurg variety, 42.8 t/ha in the Southern Gem, and 46.7 t/ha in the Saratov variety. In this option, the yield of varieties was higher by 24.3-26.2 t/ha compared to the average wet storage (FON) option, and by 15.0-16.5 t/ha compared to the FON+2 irrigation option.

Recultivation of technologically disturbed land is an important objective of environmental protection. The study aimed to examine the impact of the coal mining process on the agrochemical and biochemical parameters of soil. Agrochemical and biochemical analysis of soil samples was conducted before and after the mining reclamation stage. The baseline indicators of coal mines indicated that all studied territories needed a full cycle of technologically disturbed land recultivation measures. Before the initial stage of recultivation, the content of carbonate-ion, bicarbonate-ion, copper, lead, zinc, cadmium, and petroleum products in soil samples from the coal mine met the norms and requirements of authorizing documents, and part of the samples from the territory of the Sample 2 coal mine were marked by increased pH and reduced humus content. All samples exceeded the background values of mobile forms of zinc, manganese, copper, lead, nickel, chromium, and cobalt. To effectively improve soil fertility, it is recommended to use biochar, compost, and/or peat and apply organic and inorganic fertilizers. The next stage of research will involve the biological reclamation of technogenically disturbed areas of the coal mines with cultivated and wild plants.
