Abstract:replacement. Cows that were fed diet 100% replacement had higher milk yield, fat corrected milk yield, fat yield, protein, casein and lactose higher compared to the control diet. The apparent digestibility of dry matter, ether layer, total carbohydrates, no fiber carbohydrates, organic matter, crude protein and starch was higher in cows fed the diet with 100%replacement diet compared with 0% replacement of SRM by DGC.
