Abstract:Many patients cannot tolerate low‐dose weekly methotrexate (MTX) therapy for inflammatory arthritis treatment due to life‐threatening toxicity. Although biologics offer a target‐specific therapy, it raises the risk of serious infections and even cancer due to immune system suppression.
