Processing Complex and Uniform Nanoparticles for Microelectronic and Photonic Applications

Abstract: Two major challenges that exist in order to utilize nanoparticles as building blocks for microelectronic and photonic applications are presented. The first challenge is how to make uniform nanoparticles in industrial-scale.
