Process-Oriented Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction: Process Mining Application in a Call Center

Abstract: ÖzFirmaların varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri için müşteri odaklı bir yaklaşım sergilemeleri büyük avantaj sağlamaktadır. Müşteriler artık kendisine sunulanı değil, beklentilerini karşılayan ürün veya hizmeti satın almaktadır.
