Abstract:En este artículo se analizan los procesos sociales asociados con los eventos de cambio legal sobre diversidad sexual (CLDS) entre 1980 y 2018 en Ecuador. Para ello, se utilizó el process tracing y se realizaron 48 entrevistas a actores claves que participaron en estos cambios, se establecieron las interacciones societales y socioestatales, antecedentes y consecuentes de cada evento.
