A New Helium-Rich Star, BD +13°3224

“…The comparison stars are: L 1573-31, a DB white dwarf, 7,8 showing only He i, HD 127493, HZ 1 and HZ 44, subdwarfs of type O, HZ 3 a B subdwarf, 8 BD +10°2179 another heliumrich star at high galactic latitude, and y Pegasi a star close to, but somewhat above, the main sequence. 9 Table II shows a similarity between the subdwarfs and both helium-rich stars in the equivalent widths of the He i lines.…”
