Topic selectionEditors look for sexy topics that are attractive, important now but would also be important in five years from the time of publication. Papers need to have a strong theoretical and/or methodological contribution and have applied value for the business. It is important to note that the availability of research funding or the political correctness of a topic does not make it sexy, important or worth investigating.
