The article presents the possibility of increasing the service life of pumping units. Particular attention is paid to the regulation of the speed of rotation of the pumping unit. There are some assumptions in the mathematical model that do not affect the final result. The factors influencing the operating mode are given. It is indicated that the speed of rotation of the pump shaft significantly affects the wear resistance of the pump blades. Thus, the regulation of the pump rotation speed will rationally increase its service life.

The article discusses electrical systems that include pumping stations. Taking into account the fact that the pumping stations are equipped with synchronous motors, it is proposed to use their excitation system in the mode of outputting reactive power to the electrical system. Synchronous motors, due to their design features and high technical and economic indicators, are increasingly used in industry. The expediency of regulating the excitation of a synchronous motor operating on a variable load follows from the following considerations: with large changes in the power on the shaft, to ensure sufficient dynamic stability of the synchronous motor during the period of the load, its excitation must be maintained at a maximum level. To ensure favorable economic and energy performance of the synchronous motor during the period of no load, it is advisable to reduce the excitation current. To ensure the modes of the supply network with high technical and economic indicators, it is required that synchronous motors give maximum reactive energy to the network. The amount of reactive energy delivered, depending on the mode of the supply network and the load of synchronous motors, must change, which is achieved by the automatic excitation controllers (AEC) of synchronous motors according to certain laws. In the work, the results of virtual modeling of the steady state of an electric power system containing a large pumping station are obtained, and the values of voltages in the nodes and the level of losses in the electric network are determined.

The article presents the theoretical basis of the effect of electrical pulse processing on the process of obtaining juice from grapes and fruits. High-voltage pulsed electrical processing technology for biological products has a higher damaging effect on living cells than other electrical effects, and this can be achieved due to the passage of large discharges of current through tissues and cells in a short period of time. It has been found that high efficiency in killing living cells by secretion can be achieved as a result of a pulsed energy effect. In order to develop energy-efficient electrical technology for extracting juice from fruits and grapes, it has been found that high-voltage electric pulse discharge treatment of grapes and apples before extracting juice has a good effect. Analytical expressions between electrical impulse processing parameters (pulse energy and capacitor capacity) and juice output were determined. The degree of damage to fruit and grape cells depends on the capacitance of the capacitor, the discharge voltage, and the number of pulses.
