Problems facing small projects in some villages of the province of Luxor, Egypt

Abstract: This research aimed at identifying the personal characteristics of rural small business owners as well as identifying their proposals to limit the problems facing them in the study area. The descriptive approach was used to conduct this study by relying on samples in an attempt to generalize the results at the village level.
