Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP systems) represent integrated IT systems that have the role of incorporating a series of modules and functions necessary for the development of the organization's activity. The digitalization process took off about ten years ago, when more and more organizations were looking for IT solutions to make their activities more efficient. The need arose as a result of the large volume of information that had to be processed daily and for which the time allocated for solving these tasks was much too large. The current work aims to analyze the digitalization method of the business using integrated ERP systems, based on the bibliometric analysis of the processed information from the specialized literature. The bibliometric analysis is based on a statistical (quantitative) analysis of written publications that address the two key concepts: ERP systems and business digitalization. Bibliometrics aims to "count" the scientific publications or the authors who wrote about the two concepts. The obtained results show that ERP systems can represent a source for digitalizing the processes of a business, integrating the organization's activity in ERP systems with the help of modules that can be implemented. ERP system modules can be implemented for each department, integrating all processed information in a single database common to all departments, access to sensitive information being controlled by each category of users. The digitalization process offers the possibility of the organization to develop sustainably, thus being able to obtain a series of financial advantages as a result of the implementation of a sustainable plan at the level of the organization.

Nowadays, the mining industry actively advocates and practices the concept of green and integrated exploitation to realize the sustainable development of resources with low-carbon emissions. The certain carbon quota for mining companies limits the production capacity and resource utilization efficiency. The integrated exploitation of multiple deposits could coordinate resource allocation and operation facilities, which would reduce capital expenditure and operating costs for the mining company from a systematic perspective. In this condition, some deposits located nearby could be treated as one entity to make plans and optimize. An optimization framework is proposed based on the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of integrated exploitation. A new mathematical programming model is presented to optimize production capacity and extracted ore grade for each deposit considering constraints of maximum and minimum mining capacity, extracted ore grade and concentrated ore grade requirement, and metal output target, which has a significant influence on the economic benefit and resource utilization rate for a mining company. The model is verified using the data collected from three deposits of a gold mining company in China to demonstrate its ability to optimize the allocation of production capacity and improve the technical and economic effect of mining under the limitation of carbon quota. The sensitivity analysis of some key parameters is carried out to generate a series of integrated exploitation schemes under different production and operation conditions, which is useful for the mining company to make decisions in different situations.

The growth of the country's innovative potential is impossible without the innovative development of its territories. It is the regional innovative development that determines the innovative path of the state, ensures its competitiveness and helps to strengthen its position in the world market. At the same time, industrial enterprises play a decisive role in the activities of the region, which not only affect the socio-economic indicators of the region, but also ensure its innovative development. Industrial enterprises produce innovative products, promote the introduction of innovations, create high-tech jobs, which affects the innovative potential of the region and its innovative activities. Thanks to industrial enterprises, a favorable innovation climate is being formed in the region. At the same time, in modern conditions, the development of industrial enterprises can only be ensured through digital transformations. Digitalization is becoming an integral part of the business processes of industrial structures and determines their innovative focus. It is the digital transformation of industrial enterprises that should form the basis of regional innovative development. The article is devoted to the study of the role of digital transformation of industrial enterprises in the innovative development of the region. In the study, based on the identified approaches to the definition of the concept of "digital transformation", the author's interpretation of "digital transformation of industrial enterprises" is proposed. Based on the analysis of the indices of innovative development of regions and the level of digitalization of industrial enterprises, the influence of the latter on regional innovative development is determined. The methodological apparatus used in the study, which includes methods of economic analysis, statistical generalizations and groupings, graphic presentation of the material, made it possible to identify the relationship between the digital transformation of industrial enterprises and indicators of the innovative development of the region, on the basis of which the authors substantiated the need to develop a strategy for creating conditions for digital transformation industrial enterprises of the region, based on indicators of regional innovative development and taking into account the specifics of its production sphere. The conclusions obtained in the course of the study have a scientific and practical orientation and can be used in the formation of digital transformation strategies by regions.
