Problemas e estratégias relacionados à segurança do paciente na atenção primária à saúde

Abstract: Objetivos: Descrever os principais problemas relacionados à segurança do paciente na Atenção Primária à Saúde na perspectiva dos enfermeiros; elencar estratégias de mudança que fortaleçam a segurança do paciente na Atenção Primária à Saúde.
