Problem baby blues wśród polskich położnic – zakres posiadanej wiedzy wśród studentów medycyny

Abstract: Wstęp Zaburzenia psychiczne stanowią częsty problem kobiet w okresie połogu. Baby blues jest bezpośrednim stanem alarmowym i zagrożeniem dla matki. Może  rozwinąć się w rzeczywistą depresję czy psychozę poporodową. Za patogenezę tego zjawiska uznawane są zmiany hormonalne związane ze spadkiem poziomu estradiolu, progesteronu i prolaktyny po porodzie.
