Probing the KRas Switch II Groove by Fluorine NMR Spectroscopy

Abstract: While there has been recent success in the development of KRasG12C inhibitors, unmet needs for selective inhibitors and tool compounds targeting the remaining oncogenic KRas proteins remain.
