Probing photonic and optoelectronic structures by Apertureless Scanning Near‐Field Optical Microscopy

Abstract: This report presents the Apertureless Scanning Optical Near-Field Microscope as a powerful tool for the characterization of modern optoelectronic and photonic components with sub-wavelength resolution.
