Pro-Environmental Messages in Job Advertisements and the Intentions to Apply—The Mediating Role of Organizational Attractiveness

Abstract: Environmental sustainability is a concept with increasing importance in the way organizations think and outline their cultures, practices, and business strategies to become more attractive.
