Pro-environmental Determinants of Polish and European Agricultural Policy

Abstract

STRESZCZENIEW artykule przedstawiono podstawowe determinanty rozwojowe polskiego rolnictwa w świetle reformy Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej. W szczególny sposób zwrócono uwagę na aspekty związane z ochroną środowiska w produkcji rolnej. Zasygnalizowano główne problemy prawne wynikające z polityki zazieleniania, zasad wzajemnej zgodności, zobowiązań rolno-środowisko-wo-klimatycznych. Podkreślone zostały istniejące rozwiązania prawne europejskie oraz krajowe, odnoszące się do prowadzenia działalności rolniczej na terenach objętych szczególną formą ochrony przyrody.Słowa kluczowe: rolnictwo a środowisko; prośrodowiskowe determinanty; zazielenianie; zasady wzajemnej zgodności; rozwój obszarów wiejskich Współczesne regulacje prawne związane z prawem rolnym w polityce europejskiej w dużej mierze zdeterminowane są przez wymogi związane z ochroną środowiska naturalnego

Agricultural Chambers in the Process of Transfer of Knowledge and Innovations for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas in Poland

Having appropriate competences, they are a key factor in the development of agriculture and rural areas [90,91]. The Polish agricultural chambers do not have adequate financial resources to carry out their activities and cannot be involved in income-providing business activities, in contrast to France and Germany, where the agricultural chambers generate considerable income [12,13].…”

The inclusion of the legal basis of advisory services in horizontal regulations emphasizes the role and importance of the regulations and indicates expansion of the scope of tasks beyond the existing requirements.…”
