Privatheit und Transparenz in der Demokratie

Abstract: ZusammenfassungDer vorliegende Beitrag widmet sich dem Verhältnis von Privatheit und Transparenz und ihrer jeweiligen Bedeutung für die Demokratie aus einer rechtswissenschaftlichen Perspektive. Privatheit wird hier üblicherweise nur in ihrer individualrechtlichen Gestalt thematisiert, während ihre gesamtgesellschaftliche Bedeutung unterbelichtet bleibt.
