Privacy-preserving Identity Broadcast for Contact Tracing Applications

Abstract: Wireless Contact tracing has emerged as an important tool for managing the COVID19 pandemic and relies on continuous broadcasting of a person's presence using Bluetooth Low Energy beacons.
