“…By fitting R-σ equation, we derived the kinetic coefficient β 1 and the edge free energy ratio γ/kT, which are also shown in table 2. The γ/kT results (0.37-0.61) are close to the kinetic data influence of Fe 3+ (0.26-0.37) [9], P 2 O 7 4-(0.32-0.46) and P 3 O 10 5-(0.29-0.34) [4], which were estimated from the same model. The increase of γ/kT demands the growth units more energy to accomplish locating at the right position, which maybe the reason why the growth of (100) face was inhibited.…”
