With the continuous development and popularization of computer network applications, various ideas, theories, technologies and products related to the network emerge in an endless stream. The application of network in many fields such as industrial control, commercial activities, and daily life is becoming more and more frequent, and its role is becoming increasingly important. The purpose of this paper is to research and implement the technology of adding distributed system equipment based on the message passing algorithm, and propose a receiver scheme that introduces parallel computing in the clustered message passing algorithm (CMPA), optimizes the pruning rule and iterative update rule. According to the idea of reducing the number of iterations of the edge message passing algorithm (PM-MPA), a method is proposed by verifying that the confidence information of a certain codeword is much larger than that of other codewords. When the number of iterations of the receiver is reduced, the video monitoring equipment is added to the distributed system, and the remote and multi-point network video monitoring of the scene is realized. Through the simulation results, it can be found that Max-Log PMPA can reduce the complexity of Max-Log MPA by 65% when the overload rate is 200%. Therefore, when the overload is high, the advantages of Max-Log PMPA parallelism are even greater.

This article deals with the quality of passenger service of urban passenger transport of large cities and megalopolises. The quality of passenger service is estimated mainly by the passenger load, that is the number of passengers in a vehicle. The main content of the article is a description of the method of exponential forecasting used to forecast passenger load estimation on the public transport route with high passenger traffic and low predictability of passenger flow behavior. In order to assess the possibility of using analytical methods to predict the passenger load, it is suggested to forecast the load at a critical stop of the route.

Bicycling and walking are essential elements of sustainable transportation. These transportation modes effectively reduce the negative environmental impacts of transport and improve the quality of life. It is not only recognized by governments but also naturally become more prevalent in modern society. Nowadays research on bicycling and interest in related topics is dramatically increasing, but while researchers focus on modern technologies and collecting data from portable devices, there are quite a few studies on the effectiveness of investments in bicycle infrastructure, and even less discussed is a question how to set the priorities for construction works of the bicycle path network. To fill this gap this paper presents the universal method of ranking the priorities for development and renewal of bicycle pathway segments. The process is realized by hybrid Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) Additive Ratio ASsessment with Fuzzy (ARAS-F) model, based on Eckenrode rating. Given criteria and their weights apply only to the specifics of this case study, and it need adaptation if used for other territories. Presented case study gives insight into the task of upgrading bicycle networks – how to overcome the inequalities, fragmentation and build missing links. Developed hybrid MCDM model integrated into Geographic Information System (GIS) allows quickly find rationally balanced solutions and develop bicycle network in efficient way.
